We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team at Dynamic Quest Inc. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. As an SDR, you will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation activities, which include cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media outreach to identify potential clients and generate interest in our Managed Service Provider (MSP) services. You will qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for the Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system is essential for tracking progress and reporting results. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our MSP services to potential clients. You will be expected to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
