About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team at Dynamic Quest Inc. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. As an SDR, you will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation activities, which include cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media outreach to identify potential clients and generate interest in our Managed Service Provider (MSP) services. You will qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for the Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system is essential for tracking progress and reporting results. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our MSP services to potential clients. You will be expected to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive training, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or MSP industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
