About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Aurio is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the healthcare sector. This role involves conducting research, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client relationships to support the company's growth in disruptive healthcare solutions. The representative will work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Research and compile data of Providers' offices, Pharmacies, clinics, and other medical facilities to identify eligible potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to validate potential client eligibility.
  • Schedule appointments with target Pharmacies, Doctors, clinics, and pharmacy partner accounts.
  • Communicate with sales team peers and upper management to conduct subsequent client sales meetings.
  • Build, maintain, and retain successful client relationships.
  • Educate clients on Aurio's competitive advantage and how their business can reach their goals.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with necessary support to meet their needs.
  • Meet or exceed all performance goals consistently.
  • Thoroughly and accurately record all sales information into the system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Zoom
  • Understanding of CRM/ATS systems
  • Sales, pharmaceutical, Biomed, or Biology background preferred
