The SDR is essential for building a robust sales pipeline and ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the sales team to convert into closed deals.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients based on the target market.
  • Conduct cold outreach (walk-ins, emails, social media) to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Set appointments for the Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Hit weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the marketing and advertising industry is beneficial.
