About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about home automation solutions and thrive in fast-paced environments. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting leads, securing appointments for the sales team, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new client appointments through cold and warm calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Manage existing Security Monitoring accounts, ensuring smooth renewals and high client retention.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to keep client and prospect information accurate and up to date.
  • Submit regular sales reports highlighting progress toward goals and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of lead generation experience in sales.
  • Strong resilience and persistence, comfortable with cold calling and motivated to meet targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with prospects and teams.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
