About the position

The Sales Development Representative will join the Ad Sales team at Unity, focusing on user acquisition and revenue goals for Unity and its partners. This role is essential in identifying potential clients, engaging with them, and ensuring a smooth sales process in the tech industry, particularly in mobile advertising and app development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients within the mobile advertising and app development space.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and Sales Navigator.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Assess leads to determine their fit with Unity's products and services.
  • Track and manage leads within our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or related market/business experience.
  • A desire to grow and advance a career in tech sales.
  • Creativity, competitiveness, and adaptability.
  • Self-motivation to problem solve.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Mobile and/or SaaS-based companies.
  • Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $94,300—$120,000 USD.
