The position offers a competitive pay structure starting at $15 per hour with approved overtime, along with a lucrative bonus and commission structure based on individual and team performance. The annual earning potential ranges from $50,000 to $200,000, reflecting the opportunities for high achievers in our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion, and conducting thorough research on target industries and markets to identify potential opportunities. You will also schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system, and consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification. The position requires you to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness and embrace a fast-paced environment while adapting to evolving priorities. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in Solar/Home Improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
