As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in generating new business by creating market awareness, identifying potential clients, and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound channels. In this role, you will be responsible for turning leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to execute lead-generation phone and email campaigns. You will conduct outbound cold calls, develop email campaigns, and utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to educate prospects about the value of our solutions. Additionally, you will research target leads and personas, creating analyses of prospects before handing them off to Regional Sales Managers or Account Executives. Your ability to refine your sales skills and quickly learn about the healthcare industry and our product offerings will be essential in effectively communicating our value proposition and overcoming objections. You will also follow up on inbound marketing leads, maintain detailed documentation and lead management activity using tools like Salesforce.com and SalesLoft/Outreach, and consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Utilize social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to educate prospects about our solutions.
  • Research target leads and create analyses of prospects before handing them off to Regional Sales Managers or Account Executives.
  • Refine sales skills and learn about the healthcare industry and product offerings.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads to identify qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and lead management activity using Salesforce.com and SalesLoft/Outreach.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to meet territory revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, pre-med, business, marketing, or related degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous professional experience in sales, marketing, communication, or related professions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in the Boca Raton, FL headquarters.
  • Experience using CRM, EHR, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, Zoom Info, G-Suite/Mac is a plus.
  • Strong interest in healthcare and developing a career in sales.
  • Polished and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome objections and think on your feet.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with an ability to receive and learn from feedback.

  • Business acumen and customer orientation.
