About the position

NEWPRO Home Improvement Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, is seeking enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives to join our Wilmington, MA call center. This role is pivotal to our growth and customer engagement strategy, as it directly supports our expanding territories and increasing customer demand. With over 75 years of experience in providing home improvement solutions across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and Connecticut, NEWPRO is recognized for its exceptional service and innovative approach in the industry. Our call center is the heart of our sales operations, and we pride ourselves on being the best in the business. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for setting appointments with homeowners interested in remodeling projects. This position offers a competitive base pay of $21 per hour for first shift and $22 per hour for second shift, along with a commission bonus structure that allows for potential earnings of $60,000 or more annually. The call center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, engaging with them through inbound and outbound calls to facilitate in-home consultations with our sales representatives. Responsibilities

  • Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for in-home sales consultants.
  • Engage with customers who have requested more information on NEWPRO's products & services, create urgency, and set appointments for in-home sales representatives.
  • Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition.
  • Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression.
