This entry-level position is a perfect opportunity to start and build a career in the sales industry. This position will be on the front line for generating interest in Red River's service offerings. Sales Development Representatives make cold calls to prospects to identify decision-makers, qualify sales leads, and set up appointments for Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience, skills and potentially grow into an Account Executive role. Primary Position Tasks include uncovering opportunities for Account Executives to sell innovative offerings for IT Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice solutions and more. The role requires making effective use of the telephone, email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, social media and other sales tools. Representatives will work to achieve quarterly quotas and closely collaborate with the Sales team to schedule meetings. Additionally, they will work closely with marketing to manage leads and develop a pipeline, leveraging ZoomInfo for lead and opportunity management.
