About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building lasting relationships with customers. This position involves nurturing prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support, while creating a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey.
  • Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting.
  • Generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets.
  • Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments.
  • Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information and sales interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing marketing campaigns and align efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled and sales achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and a hunger for success.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated for sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM software and computer proficiency.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
