As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring they can provide a quick response to customers. You will track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure that company goals are achieved. Expanding the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication. Additionally, you will update the customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team.
