Aria Systems is seeking a talented and passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team, focusing on outbound sales in the LATAM and Iberia regions. This remote position is integral to our Sales Development Team, which is responsible for generating both inbound and outbound leads. The SDR will engage with prospective customers through various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, social media, webinars, and in-person events. The role requires a high-energy individual who can contribute to the team's success with minimal coaching and bring innovative ideas for engaging prospects within Aria's target market. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with the Sales Director for LATAM and Iberia to develop targeted lists, identify key influencers and decision-makers, and create effective call strategies and messaging to drive new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in target accounts, particularly within Fortune 2000 companies, to fuel the enterprise pipeline. This involves conducting high-level conversations with senior executives, managing and overcoming objections, and building trusted relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably with at least two years of experience in a lead qualification or outbound sales role, particularly in the technology or SaaS sectors. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese being a plus. The SDR will also participate in demand generation programs, such as events and webinars, and will be expected to achieve or exceed monthly quotas for new meetings scheduled and qualified opportunities. This position offers a solid base salary, commission, and a closed deal bonus, along with access to industry-leading sales development tools and a flexible PTO policy.
