About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Max Home Inspections is a key role focused on driving home inspection sales through building strong relationships with real estate agents in the Jacksonville market. This position combines inside and outside sales responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to generate referrals and maintain existing partnerships. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and a passion for sales, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with agents through phone and electronic communications, in-person events, and social media interactions.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles.
  • Drive new business and home inspection sales through real estate agent referrals.
  • Generate, confirm, and conduct in-person meetings, events, and presentations at real estate offices.
  • Plan and execute in-house agent events.
  • Maintain strong existing business relationships through the delivery of consistent and professional electronic communications.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and support/assist other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives and goals.
  • Impeccable interpersonal communication along with verbal and written skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Timely responsiveness and excellent follow-through.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High-speed internet connection required.
  • Reliable vehicle required.
  • Availability during regular business hours and some pre-planned evenings for events.
  • Distraction/noise-free environment required.
  • Experience and understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team is preferred.
  • The ability to receive feedback and grow.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus!
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not required).
