About the position

The Sales Development Representative at InvoiceCloud is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and setting meetings with potential customers. This role focuses on generating sales demand and pipeline revenue through both inbound and outbound lead development, while also building foundational sales skills and an authentic sales approach. The position reports to the SDR Manager and plays a crucial role in making the first impression on new prospects, requiring effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Consistent call, email, and metric performance
  • Implement account-based selling strategies
  • Partner with sales and marketing to drive recognition of InvoiceCloud
  • Develop strategy to target accounts based on industry, product fit, and executive priorities
  • Build relationships with prospects through in-depth client knowledge and understanding of specific client needs
  • Prospect, source, and cold call for new business opportunities
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of InvoiceCloud through compelling articulation of our business model and value proposition
  • Create customized territory targeting activities to build a sufficient pipeline for new logo acquisition
  • Identify relevant stakeholders within prospect organizations for targeted outreach
  • Diagnose prospect needs and articulate how our solution provides value
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and pipeline goals

Requirements
