About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in driving sales strategies and generating new business opportunities for the company. This hybrid position based in Broomfield, CO, involves engaging with prospects, cultivating relationships, and setting the stage for sales success. The SDR will utilize various tools and platforms to identify and connect with potential customers, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects and effective communication of the company's value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the CRM, inbound/outbound calling, email, and various platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects' needs, providing insightful solutions, and guiding them through the buyer's journey.
  • Proactively discover new business prospects and markets, staying ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and our Account Executive team.
  • Regularly report sales activities, forecasts, and performance to the VP of Sales.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value and benefits to prospects.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects and engage with the sales team for strategic follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, capable of navigating through various sales scenarios.
  • Passion for technology and innovation within the industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and ascend within a sales organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
  • Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the construction industry.

  • Base salary of $50,000-$60,000 (DOE) with OTE of $70,000-$80,000 annually
