About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FRSecure is an entry-level position focused on generating leads for the Sales team through various communication channels. The role emphasizes the importance of information security and involves engaging with prospects to identify their needs and connect them with the Sales team. This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities for advancement into higher-level sales roles.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging, and record activity in CRM software.
  • Build quality lists and conduct research on targeted companies and contacts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop specific industries as desired leads and build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Qualify outbound and inbound leads to provide Account Executives with better qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team through effective communication and periodic follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quota goals.
  • Regularly test and innovate sales techniques and strategies for securing new accounts.
  • Learn and build upon knowledge of FRSecure and its service offerings.
  • Actively practice handling objections and effectively communicate the organization's value.
  • Create effective sequences and marketing-based material.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior sales, marketing, or call-center experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of products and services being offered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite products.
