The Inside Sales Lead Specialist at Agiliti is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities for both new and existing customers. The primary objective is to increase revenue by identifying and targeting healthcare facilities that present opportunities for growth. The specialist will participate in the development and execution of assigned regional sales strategies and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales goals. In this position, the Inside Sales Lead Specialist will engage in outbound tele-sales, including cold calling, to connect with prospective customers. Collaboration with regional sales management and field sales teams is essential to develop strategies that support new and existing sales opportunities. The role also includes participation in marketing campaigns and follow-ups from industry trade shows to uncover new leads. The specialist will be involved in sales enablement strategies, measuring customer feedback, and equipping field sales teams with valuable customer intelligence. Meeting or exceeding targeted sales goals, outbound call activity, and lead generation metrics is a critical expectation of this role. The specialist will leverage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage campaigns, customers, and opportunities effectively. Continuous development of customer, product, and service knowledge is necessary to perform selling activities successfully. The position may also require the incumbent to perform other duties as defined by their direct supervisor or sales leadership, contributing to the effective operation of the department and the company.
