We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join monday.com's consulting team in Denver. This role is crucial as we are scaling rapidly, and we need a candidate who embraces challenges, is eager to learn, and is passionate about achieving success. The Sales Development Representative will become a product expert, responsible for consulting with and qualifying inbound prospects to generate a robust pipeline for our sales team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling. In this position, you will be expected to prospect through various channels including phone, email, and social strategies. A deep understanding of clients' pain points and needs is essential to sell with value effectively. You will drive sales growth and create new business opportunities for our Account Executives. Additionally, you will lead creative initiatives aimed at optimizing and improving team performance, as well as testing new strategies, audiences, and channels to generate Enterprise opportunities. Staying up to date with the SaaS landscape and demonstrating our platform's value will also be key components of your role.
