About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Contentsquare is responsible for generating business opportunities through prospecting and developing relationships with C-Level executives. This role involves creating sales plans, understanding market needs, and meeting sales quotas, all while working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The position offers a chance to take ownership of new business initiatives and progress within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting via emails, events, and cold calling
  • Develop C-Level relationships within target accounts
  • Uncover green field territories and become a subject matter expert
  • Develop a sales plan and maintain a monthly sales forecast
  • Review the market to determine customer needs and provide feedback to the business
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas

Requirements

  • An intrinsic drive to be successful
  • Minimum 1 year successful sales track record
  • Relevant experience in SaaS, ASP, Analytics, eBusiness or CRM software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • A competitive nature in some field (e.g. athletics, chess, etc.)
