About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CSPi Technology Solutions plays a vital role in nurturing and qualifying sales leads through collaboration with business development, marketing, and sales teams. This position is essential for maintaining a consistent pipeline of new, qualified opportunities for the sales teams, acting as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to drive new business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Support Sr. Client Managers on outbound strategies and lead generation efforts
  • Attend partner trainings and develop an understanding of their communication infrastructure
  • Set up qualified meetings for Client Managers
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the Client Managers
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Collaborate with SDR team by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each meeting
  • Manage and track leads, track event and marketing activity, and forecast opportunities using CRM tool
  • Educate and qualify selling opportunities by understanding the prospects' current and potential goals
  • Work closely with the sales team to communicate new campaigns and gain feedback on the quality of leads
  • Support the proposal and quoting process

Requirements

  • Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls daily
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of leads
  • Excellent problem-solver and willingness to collaborate in a competitive environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivation, competitiveness, objection handling, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Ability to translate prospect needs and influence their decision-making
  • Goal-oriented individual
  • Ability to build rapport with contacts through phone calls and emails to understand where the prospect is in the buying cycle
