About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Check Point Software Technologies is responsible for prospecting new business opportunities within a defined list of accounts or geographic territory. This role involves collaborating with the marketing and field sales teams to follow up on leads and participate in team activities, while utilizing product knowledge to identify customer needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business via outbound calls and emails to a defined list of Check Point accounts or geographic territory.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the Marketing Team.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Team, participating in team calls, meetings, and area conferences.
  • Utilize product knowledge and active listening skills to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Track and measure daily sales goals and metrics using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of past successes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred but not required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
