About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Farr West, UT. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to connect with customers in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion tactics.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in mechanical or HVAC.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling strategies.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing leads and follow-ups.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
