The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for daily outreach, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients through phone and email communications. This role requires setting up appointments for account executives and establishing strong relationships with dermatology offices and med spas. The compensation structure includes a base pay of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn commissions of 15% on the first order when new accounts are closed, provided that sales quotas are met. On-target earnings for this position can range from $4,000 to $5,000 per month, making it a lucrative opportunity for motivated individuals. The role is full-time, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, and is based at our office located at 405 West University Drive, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
