About the position

The Sales Development Representative at DoRodo is responsible for seeking qualifying leads, generating sales, and managing existing client relationships. This role involves utilizing various marketing strategies to create new business opportunities and requires strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Seek qualifying leads and help generate sales.
  • Take care of existing clients' needs.
  • Use a variety of marketing strategies, including social media prospecting and outbound calling, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers.
  • Cultivate existing client connections.
  • Use sales software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Field calls from new or existing customers/clients.
  • Attend meetings and deliver reports regarding customer/client progress.
  • Stay informed on industry trends that could impact the company or clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or marketing-related field or sufficient sales experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Experience with sales software and Google Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
