About the position

Are you an experienced and dedicated Sales Development Rep looking for a fresh challenge and a huge growth opportunity? Are you currently in a role that you feel like you've “hit a ceiling”, or where your skills just aren't being fully utilized? Let's talk… We're a rapidly expanding Fitness brand with multiple locations in DFW and are looking to expand across the United States! With the rapid growth, we are looking to expand our sales team! We're looking for experienced SDR's that are able to handle the inbound leads generated through paid ads and our websites, qualify them for our training and book trials for our facilities to close! You'll also be "Hunting" for local opportunities and joint ventures for our locations to build up local interest. The best part about this role is that it's primarily inbound! You'll have leads showing up every day ready to get in shape, and all you need to do is call, qualify and set the appointments. This job is mostly remote, but will require some in-person hours for training and meetings. In just 5 1/2 years, Conquer Fitness has grown to be one of the most successful training gyms in the entire US. We are NOT a big box gym. We don't have open gym memberships where clients workout on their own. We are a training gym specializing in 1-on-1 and semi-private training. We currently have our HQ location in Frisco which services over 250 clients and has capacity for 350+ members. We also have a newly opened location in Trophy Club which will cap at 140 members, and is currently at half capacity just a couple months into opening. We are projecting 4-8 new locations in the next 12 months and 6-8 per year after that. As we hire an SDR, we expect to grow to $60M in revenue over the next 10 years, and our sales teams earning potential will grow with it! The founder Dr. John Dougherty, has been recognized as being an industry leader. He has spoken in front of hundreds of the top gym owners in the country at national conferences about the success principles that have built the Conquer brand. Why People Love Working Here…You won't find “sleep pods” in our office, there's no ping pong tables in the office, we don't provide breakfast or beer on tap - and our office is currently what we would describe as “modest at best”. We do however, have a positive, success-minded culture and believe that your work should be rewarding, enjoyable and fulfilling; for that to happen, you must be learning and growing which is why employee growth and learning is a primary focus and one of our company core values. This role will give you the opportunity to work with locations in DFW and across the country, as well as, travel the world for all expense paid education events to learn from the top professionals in order to advance your career. Our goal is to become the top personal training company in the United States, and the success of our sales team is the catalyst to making that happen. We are looking for a rock-star that wants to grow with the company. Do you have what it takes? Click Apply.
