ERP Advisors Group is expanding rapidly and is looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our mission of becoming the world's most trusted ERP Advisory firm. This entry-level position is ideal for a curious and detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn about various industries and software. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales and Marketing departments in developing the sales pipeline and assisting with various marketing endeavors. This is not a cold calling role; instead, you will engage with inbound leads and help facilitate the sales process through research, communication, and coordination. Your responsibilities will include researching inbound website traffic for qualified companies, sending professionally written emails and letters to prospects, maintaining contacts and leads in HubSpot, and scheduling introductory calls with potential clients. You will also explore industry groups for collaboration opportunities, prepare marketing collateral, and assist in organizing events related to our services. This role requires a friendly and helpful demeanor, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders and clients. The position is full-time, in-person, and operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, located at our office in Lakewood, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Research inbound website traffic for qualified companies to contact.
  • Send a high quantity of professionally written emails and letters to prospects.
  • Maintain contacts and leads in HubSpot.
  • Research inbound leads who request consultations.
  • Schedule intro calls and follow on calls with prospective clients.
  • Explore industry groups and connections to contact for collaboration.
  • Invite marketing's leads to The ERP Advisor podcast.
  • Prepare collateral to send to prospects.
  • Expedite sales steps for the Sales Manager.
  • Update PowerPoint decks for sales and marketing meetings.
  • Assist with set up for events like 'The ERP Advisor' and 'The ERP Minute'.
  • Transcribe and clean transcriptions of podcasts, interviews, and client success stories.
  • Coordinate invitations and travel details for marketing and sales events.
  • Expedite marketing tasks for the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Track and report weekly sales and marketing statistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Neat and legible handwriting.
  • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot preferred.
  • Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
