The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at GMI plays a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. This includes ensuring that all communications are logged, information is accurate, and relevant documents are attached. The SDR will also prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with the marketing team is key to enhancing traffic and lead generation from the GMI website.
