About the position

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Upwell Revenue Software, Inc. The SDR plays a pivotal role in initiating and cultivating relationships with potential clients, driving the early stages of the sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, using various outreach strategies to nurture prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This position is essential for building a robust sales pipeline and ensuring that our sales team has a steady flow of qualified leads to work with. As an SDR, you will build and expand the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and lead generation activities. You will handle inbound inquiries while fostering strong relationships with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include executing cold calls, emails, and social media outreach using sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot. You will manage communication sequences to effectively engage and follow up with leads, ensuring timely and relevant interactions. Qualifying leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs within the qualification framework will be a critical part of your role. Additionally, you will identify new sales opportunities and potential growth areas to contribute to revenue targets. Achieving and surpassing predefined sales quotas and targets will be expected. You will facilitate appointments, meetings, and product demos, transitioning qualified leads to Account Executives for further engagement. Maintaining and updating lead databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility is also part of your responsibilities. Staying up to date on product offerings and industry trends will enable you to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects, making you a key player in our sales strategy.

Requirements
