About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at eMoney Advisor is responsible for extending market coverage for eMoney's products by generating new sales pipeline. This role involves executing targeted outbound campaigns, handling inbound inquiries, and nurturing leads to accelerate the sales process. The SDR will support several sales executives and participate in territory and account planning, contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media.
  • Handle and qualify inbound inquiries and leads from various marketing activities.
  • Accelerate pipeline and increase conversion rates by nurturing recycled and aged leads.
  • Engage with current users to expand awareness and identify new opportunities.
  • Plan and execute call and email activities to generate leads in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Regularly review lead pipeline and provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness.
  • Document campaign execution and lead management activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
  • Experience in teleprospecting and high-volume phone-centric work.
  • Familiarity with CRM and contact management systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in High-Tech/Software industry, particularly in Financial Software.
  • Knowledge of Account Based Marketing and Social Selling.
