Our practice is ready for a period of accelerated growth and we are looking to expand our sales and marketing organization as a result. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by engaging with potential clients and generating leads that will help drive our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation through various outreach methods such as cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. You will utilize technology to build lists of potential clients using tools like seamless AI, Apollo, and Zoom Info, and automate some of your outreach sequences. Qualifying leads will be a key part of your role, as you will conduct initial outreach and conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and potential fit for our products or services. In addition to lead generation, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments between qualified leads and our account managers, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in our CRM (Hubspot), and engage with leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities.
