About the position

At EnterBridge Technologies, we develop custom-built software to match the unique needs of our clients' operations so they can move business capabilities forward quickly and in the most efficient way possible. Our practice is ready for a period of accelerated growth and we are looking to expand our sales and marketing organization as a result. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by engaging with potential clients and generating leads that will help drive our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation through various outreach methods such as cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. You will utilize technology to build lists of potential clients using tools like seamless AI, Apollo, and Zoom Info, and automate some of your outreach sequences. Qualifying leads will be a key part of your role, as you will conduct initial outreach and conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and potential fit for our products or services. In addition to lead generation, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments between qualified leads and our account managers, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in our CRM (Hubspot), and engage with leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities. Responsibilities

  • Outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Build lists of potential clients using tools such as seamless AI, Apollo, and Zoom Info.
  • Automate the delivery of some cold outreach sequences using technology.
  • Conduct initial outreach and conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and potential fit for the company's products or services.
  • Coordinate and set up meetings between qualified leads and account managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Engage with leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and engage with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, specifically reporting and sequencing capabilities.
  • A driven, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle rejection, remain positive, and maintain a strong work ethic in a high-volume outbound sales environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience as a sales development representative or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Track and use data on outreach activities to improve messaging/approach.
