About the position

As a Sales Development Representative at Teesnap, you will play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities and contributing to the company's customer acquisition and revenue goals. This position involves qualifying outbound leads, making a high volume of sales calls, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance demand generation processes. The role is based in Las Vegas and offers opportunities for career advancement within the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying outbound leads from marketing and converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers and following up on leads provided by marketing campaigns.
  • Meeting quota of qualified sales opportunities for Teesnap's sales team.
  • Making 50-80 calls per day, with additional touch points by email.
  • Qualifying prospects based on established criteria and gathering critical sales information.
  • Delivering consistently against quota.
  • Continuously logging activities, updating records, and entering sales intelligence into Hubspot.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and marketing teams to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices.
  • Proactively providing focused feedback on the business including sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from marketing campaigns.
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • High-caliber cold calling skills.
  • Knowledge of common office software.
  • Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is necessary for day-to-day operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas and goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Highly team-oriented with the ability to contribute new ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
