The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Panduit plays a crucial role in driving growth and fostering relationships within the sales process. In addition to lead conversion, the SDR is tasked with supporting Account Executives and Internal Account Managers through various ABM activities. This includes introducing Panduit products to potential clients, identifying new projects, and converting business from competitors to increase overall business volume. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to provide support and identify new business opportunities. The SDR must ensure that all data is accurately updated within the CRM system in a timely manner, which is critical for effective sales tracking and reporting. Collaboration is key in this role, as the SDR will work closely with Marketing and Business Units to ensure a high level of engagement, fostering a strong collaborative relationship between teams.
