We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 5-6 years of experience to join our growing team at Team Focus Insurance Group. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging HubSpot to manage and optimize sales activities, build and maintain a robust database of prospects, and create targeted messaging campaigns to drive lead generation. This role is critical to the success of our sales pipeline and requires a proactive approach to prospecting and lead nurturing. In this position, you will utilize HubSpot to track and manage all sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups. You will optimize HubSpot workflows and processes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop and execute multi-channel messaging campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage and nurture prospects. This includes developing, managing, and overseeing a strategic approach to building target lists, focusing on high-value prospects and marketing strategies. You will customize campaigns to align with different customer profiles and stages of the buying journey, tracking and analyzing campaign performance to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Another key responsibility will be to research and build a comprehensive database of potential customers, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. You will segment prospects based on customer profiles, industry, and buying behaviors to tailor outreach strategies, continuously refining and updating target lists based on industry trends, market research, and sales feedback. You will also identify and prospect for key conferences and industry events to set up meetings with potential clients, coordinating pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and lead conversion. Furthermore, you will analyze and leverage buyer intent signals to prioritize high-potential prospects and tailor outreach accordingly, monitoring and responding to buyer behaviors to ensure relevant and timely engagement.
