Derma Made is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Arlington Heights, IL. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for daily outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads through 60-80 calls and emails. The primary goal is to set up appointments for our account executives and establish strong relationships with dermatology offices and med spas. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence in the skincare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to relate to people and understand their needs. Attention to detail and strong written communication skills are essential for success in this role. The compensation structure includes a base pay of $20 per hour, with additional commissions that can lead to an on-target earnings (OTE) of $4,000 to $5,000 per month.
