Newfold Digital is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in our outbound sales efforts. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and technology, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our family of growth brands, including Web.com and Bluehost.com. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with customers on how our services can enhance their online presence and set them up for success. In this role, you will utilize your customer discovery skills and product knowledge to effectively engage with our current customer base. Your goal will be to consult towards our Professional Services Product Suite, which includes design and marketing solutions. You will manage an ongoing pipeline, assist in closing new business, and consistently meet or exceed quotas for passing qualified leads to our Account Executives. Educating customers on the benefits of premium design and online marketing will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also collaborate with colleagues to find innovative ways to drive performance and create positive impacts for our customers. The position offers on-the-job training with the potential for promotion to a Small Business Consultant (Pro Services) within 90-180 days.
