About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Business Development Resources, Inc. (BDR) plays a crucial role in generating qualified leads and supporting the sales team in closing deals. This position involves identifying and engaging potential clients through various communication channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of business opportunities. The SDR will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance processes and document interactions in the CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new customer prospects
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, social media, and more
  • Create and manage target lists, ensuring data accuracy
  • Qualify leads and assess their fit for our services
  • Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and sales team members
  • Overcome objections and handle initial client inquiries
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to improve processes
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and report on activity
  • Continuously improve outreach processes and tools

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High energy, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with cold calling and achieving daily outreach targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
