About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at DoorLoop is a crucial role focused on driving growth through effective lead generation and qualification. This position is designed for individuals eager to launch their sales careers, engaging in both inbound and outbound sales activities. The SDR will be responsible for managing a high volume of leads, conducting discovery calls, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts. This role serves as a gateway to more advanced sales positions within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to inbound leads, qualify them, and move them efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Use cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential customers and build your own pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' pain points, needs, and potential fit for DoorLoop's solutions.
  • Proactively cold call prospects to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule demos with Account Executives (AEs).
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain detailed notes in the CRM (Salesforce), track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads, discovery calls, and booked meetings.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years in a sales role (SDR, cold calling, or prospecting experience is a plus).
  • Strong ability to cold call, generate leads, and prospect across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing tasks and pipeline in a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; motivated to learn and improve.
  • Eager to understand DoorLoop's product and confidently address prospect needs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot) is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with sales automation tools like Outreach and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
