We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in the technology sales industry, specifically within the Material Handling/Pallet Racking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where the SDR will play a critical role in managing both outbound and inbound communication. This includes executing cold calling, cold emailing, warm calling, and handling inbound leads via the company phone system. The SDR will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of navigating various communication channels to drive sales opportunities. The SDR will execute targeted cold calling campaigns to introduce our products and services to potential leads. Engaging prospects in meaningful conversations is essential to qualify their needs and generate interest. The role also involves developing and executing personalized cold email campaigns, crafting compelling email copy, and following up to engage leads and drive responses. Tracking and analyzing email performance will be crucial to refining strategies and improving results. In addition to cold outreach, the SDR will follow up with leads who have shown interest through previous interactions or marketing efforts, nurturing relationships and guiding leads through the sales funnel. The role requires managing and responding to inbound leads received through the company phone system, qualifying them based on predefined criteria, and providing timely and professional responses to inquiries. Accurate entry and updating of lead information in the CRM system is also a key responsibility, along with tracking and reporting on key metrics such as call volume, email open rates, and conversion rates. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights is essential, as is providing regular feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
