As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role supporting the sales team and scaling our business, ensuring a full and robust sales funnel. As a Sales Development Representative at FRT, you will conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads, aiming for 10 to 20 meetings per week. You will work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects. Additionally, you will maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing tools like Apollo, SalesLoft, and Outreach. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a high volume and outbound sales role, a track record of high achievement, and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. You should have the ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better. Self-direction, attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills are essential. An intellectually curious personality and a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement are also key attributes we seek.
