About the position

All Covered, the IT Services Division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions, is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. This inside sales role is pivotal in driving outreach to potential clients and generating interest in our comprehensive IT Services portfolio. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will execute a high volume of outreach activities, including phone calls, social messages, emails, and follow-ups, to develop pipeline opportunities within target accounts in the managed IT services space. You will introduce All Covered's extensive range of managed IT services to potential customers through strategic account identification and targeted outbound outreach via cold prospecting. Managing both inbound and outbound lead activity for your named accounts will be crucial, as you qualify active buying interest and uncover new opportunities. Your ability to articulate the value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships with prospects will set the stage for effective discovery calls and future sales. Collaboration with the sales organization will be essential to accelerate sales cycles and extend our reach into target accounts. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of inbound marketing campaigns with other marketing efforts, providing a superior user experience for customers. Participation in training boot camps will enhance your knowledge of sales and marketing, allowing you to gain a better understanding of the managed IT services solutions offered by All Covered. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple departments within All Covered, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Portfolio Management, ensuring a well-rounded experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in the managed IT services or related industry is a plus.
