Asetla, LLC is seeking a motivated and energetic Acquisitions Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, CA. This full-time contractor position is primarily focused on real estate wholesaling, where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting with other wholesalers to source properties for sale. Unlike traditional wholesalers who primarily market to homeowners and realtors, our approach emphasizes building and maintaining strong relationships with other wholesalers to facilitate successful property transactions. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and real estate and are looking for a high-reward, commission-based opportunity. As an Acquisitions Sales Representative, you will be responsible for networking and outreach, lead generation, and transaction management. You will proactively reach out to real estate wholesalers through social media platforms, particularly Facebook, and utilize software tools like Investor Lift to enhance your networking efforts. Attending in-person real estate investor networking events will also be a key part of your role. You will build your reputation as a knowledgeable wholesaler, conduct follow-ups with potential leads, and ensure that the properties align with Asetla's criteria. In addition to networking, you will be involved in negotiating and structuring transaction paperwork to acquire deals from wholesalers. Managing leads effectively using CRM tools and nurturing relationships with wholesalers will be essential to your success. Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out and network with real estate wholesalers via social media platforms, especially Facebook.
  • Leverage software tools such as Investor Lift to connect and network with real estate wholesalers and attend in-person real estate investor networking events.
  • Build your reputation as a knowledgeable wholesaler through social media, conduct follow-ups with wholesalers you meet, and underwrite and pre-qualify property leads.
  • Negotiate and structure transaction paperwork to acquire deals from wholesalers.
  • Manage leads effectively using CRM tools and establish and nurture relationships with wholesalers and companies.

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Experience in a service-based industry (e.g., Solar, pest control, car sales).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an up-to-date CRM.
  • Discipline and a positive outlook, viewing losses as learning opportunities.
  • Commitment to mental and physical health.
