As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new daily leads through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves both inbound and outbound cold calling and emailing to book meetings with prospects, helping to meet departmental monthly goals. You will prepare and present sales packets for each customer to facilitate the booking of meetings and appointments. Additionally, you will utilize various software tools to maintain customer data, appraise vehicles, and monitor inventory. Your role will also include presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles in our inventory to potential customers. A friendly attitude is essential as you will be answering questions and overcoming various objections from customers. Following up on leads and establishing relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle is a key part of your responsibilities. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in sales and customer service while working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and qualifying new daily leads through CRM.
  • Inbound and outbound cold calling and emailing.
  • Book meetings with prospects to help meet department's monthly goals.
  • Prepare and present sales packets for each customer to book meetings/appointments.
  • Utilize various software tools to maintain customer data (CRM), appraise vehicles, and monitor inventory.
  • Present and demo new/used vehicles in our inventory to potential customers.
  • Bring a friendly attitude to help answer questions and overcome various objections.
  • Follow up on leads and establish relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Some experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation or Customer Service is desired (No Sales required).
  • High school degree (will consider 2 years of experience in lieu of degree).
  • Must be comfortable working with and interacting with customers on a daily basis.
  • Proficient using MS Office software and managing customer data.
  • Experience using a CRM program preferred but not required.
  • Automotive Industry experience preferred but not required.
