This role is crucial in generating demand and creating excitement for Eventbrite by working closely with Account Executives and Demand Generation Marketing. You will be responsible for building a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound techniques. Your daily tasks will involve identifying and engaging with potential sales leads, uncovering their challenges and goals, and effectively communicating how Eventbrite's platform and a Sales Partnership can set them up for success. In this position, you will represent Eventbrite with professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external. You will build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives by exceeding targets and converting quality leads into new sales opportunities. Engaging with high-value event creators to understand their needs and highlighting the value of partnering with Eventbrite will be a key part of your role. You will act quickly on new sales inquiries, handling inbound and outbound calls and emails efficiently, and maintaining an accurate lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and scheduling of future touchpoints.
