About the position

Eliassen Group's Sales Development Program is an 18-week immersive training initiative designed for individuals looking to start a career in sales. The program focuses on the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, equipping participants with essential skills in communication, research, marketing, branding, business acumen, pricing & negotiation, and technology. Participants will engage in a mix of classroom instruction, hands-on experiences, and mentorship, ultimately preparing them for a successful transition to an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Setting meetings with current and prospective clients for your leader or mentor.
  • Shadowing experienced professionals to gain exposure to the industry and business flow.
  • Building connections and developing relationships throughout the program.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of self-drive.
  • High energy with an aptitude to learn new sales practices and technology trends.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High-level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
