As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with our senior sales team to convert leads into satisfied clients. Your primary responsibilities will include following up on incoming leads, cold calling potential clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries. You will also assist in maintaining the integrity of our company database and engage in various lead generation activities. This position is not just about making calls; it’s about building relationships and providing exceptional service to our prospects. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads coming into the office.
  • Cold call and schedule appointments with prospects.
  • Field questions and follow up on inquiries.
  • Send out information packages.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's database.
  • Engage in other lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in successfully scheduling appointments and/or relevant phone sales experience.
  • Excellent documentation and organization skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Email, Teams) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Keap and Autotask) and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to adjust communication style to match that of the prospect.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and skill development.
