About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Adobe is responsible for nurturing inbound leads through the early stages of their buyer journey and identifying qualified opportunities for the Field Account Executive. This role focuses on generating and nurturing high-quality leads, engaging with senior-level executives, and maintaining professional relationships that align with Adobe's core values and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture inbound leads through the early stages of the buyer journey.
  • Uncover qualified opportunities to be handed over to the Field Account Executive.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior-level executives to penetrate target markets.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and webinar/event follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent degree required.
  • Consistent over-achievement in past positions.
  • Understanding of basic sales methodologies.
  • Experience owning a quota or performance-based delivery is a plus.
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting business messages.
  • Strong attention to detail, good listening skills, and good organizational skills.
