About the position

The NICE CX Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by utilizing professional sales skills to investigate prospective clients' company structures and industry positioning. The role focuses on penetrating companies to secure opportunities for the sales team, contributing to the overall growth and success of NICE.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and prospecting of potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Make calls from provided customer lists and maximize efforts from inbound opportunities.
  • Effectively log leads and sales interactions in the NICE CX contact management software tools.
  • Meet or exceed Lead Development quotas as defined by management.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and future NICE CX products and services offered.
  • Interact as necessary with the assigned territory sales team.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1 year software or telecommunications sales experience required with demonstrated success in a quota-bearing environment.
  • 6+ months lead generation, sales development, or equivalent experience.
