About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Lotlinx, Inc. plays a crucial role in driving sales by engaging with prospective customers and effectively communicating the value of Lotlinx's products and services. This position is integral to the sales team, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and collaboration with sales executives to meet targets. The role is based in the Tempe office and emphasizes a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge about Lotlinx products and services.
  • Identify and engage with prospective customers through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract potential buyers and solicit new customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new leads and past customers.
  • Highlight product features and dealer value propositions.
  • Present product information to customers effectively.
  • Schedule closing meetings for sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls or emails.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure goals and targets are met.
  • Work closely with colleagues from different teams.
  • Contribute to sales team efforts in territory planning and strategy.
  • Maintain meticulous records of communication with clients using our CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
  • 1-2 years of cold calling, SDR, or B2B sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • CRM experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in selling technology and/or software (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Apps, Calendly, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Slack (preferred but not required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Automotive sales experience (preferred but not required)
