As a Sales Development Representative at Paystand, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by prospecting and generating leads that align with our Ideal Customer Persona (ICP). This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Account Executives and your SDR Manager to develop effective strategies targeting B2B businesses. You will be responsible for initiating and establishing new relationships with prospective clients, qualifying new opportunities, and effectively handling complex objections. Your daily activities will include significant outbound efforts through targeted cold-calling, emailing, and social selling, all while utilizing data-driven solutions to track your results and improve your approach. Meeting and exceeding your weekly quotas will be essential to help the team achieve our Direct product team growth objectives. In this role, you will have the chance to learn and grow, with a clear pathway for advancement into Account Executive positions based on your success and alignment with our company values. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable in a quota-carrying environment. While prior sales experience is a bonus, it is not a requirement.
