About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a contract position focused on prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities to support the growth of a healthcare software company. The SDR will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in the company's expansion efforts. This position offers the chance to work closely with the VP of Demand Generation and be part of a new pilot program aimed at integrating sales development into the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the VP of Demand Generation
  • Respond to inbound interests and proactively reach out to targeted outbound prospects via email, phone, sequences, etc.
  • Update and manage all sales development activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce
  • Consistently achieve monthly quotas of marketing qualified leads and maintain a high SQL conversion rate.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development or related role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach.
